Refund Policy

• If you are dissatisfied with the wrapping quality, we will work with you to re-wrap items or make corrections at no additional charge
• Refunds may be considered if gift wrapping service is not completed as agreed upon in the service agreement
• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of service completion and pickup
• Partial refunds may be available for partially completed bulk orders or corporate wrapping projects
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction

Service Modifications

If you need changes to your gift wrapping order at our Jersey City location:

• Contact us as soon as possible before wrapping service begins, preferably at least 24 hours in advance

Cancellation Policy

Damaged Items

• If damage occurs during our professional wrapping process, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include re-wrapping or compensation

Unclaimed Items

• Items not picked up within 30 days of wrapping completion may be subject to storage fees of $5 per day

• After 60 days, unclaimed items may be disposed of in accordance with New Jersey state law
